Jeremiah Stephenson was born Xavier Menelik Stephenson in Chesapeake, VA. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Electrical Engineering, his father relocated their family to Jacksonville, FL, to work as a civilian contractor for the government. At the age of 10, Jeremiah's Family would again move to Brunswick, GA, for his father's work and legally changed his name to Jeremiah Xavier-Moses Stephenson.

 

Being homeschooled his entire education, Jeremiah's mother nurtured and encouraged his creativity. At 13, he began making stop-motion videos at home, leading him to self-learn camera operating, editing (video/audio), 3D modeling, and video game design.

 

Jeremiah's working career began with lifeguarding and expanded to many industries. He has worked for GameStop, Inc, IHG Group, and T-Mobile USA, INC, managing locations, front desk management, key holding, and auditing. During this time, he also taught swim lessons and gymnastics.

 

At the age of 20 in 2015, Ben Affleck filmed Live By Night in Downtown Brunswick, where Jeremiah found his way on set as an extra and created business relationships that would lead him to realize that to pursue work in the entertainment industry, he would need to relocate himself to Atlanta, GA. In 2017 at 22, Jeremiah was hired as a casting associate by Annette Stilwell, owner of the most prominent casting company in the southeast, Stilwell Casting. Working alongside Brian Beegle until his departure in 2020, Jeremiah became a Casting Producer for Stilwell Casting. He continued his expertise there until March of 2023.

 

In 2018 Jeremiah began his podcast, Perspectives, which ran two seasons while heavily involved in a myriad of activities and projects in the Atlanta scene. During his time in ATL, he has taken acting, improv, and voice-over classes from Dave Pileggi of Creative ATL, Trevor Johns, and Dan Fishman of Atlanta Voice Over. He has been a guest speaker for several panels, classes, and workshops with Stilwell Casting, Re:Imagine ATL, Marlo Tiede, CSA, Get Scene, Larry Harring, and Julian Green.

 

Now Jeremiah has transitioned into a new role as an Associate Ad Agency Producer for Majority. Jeremiah desires to show others they contain wholeness and peace within themselves and in all they do by exhibiting that within himself.
